Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

Our Commitment to Privacy

Purpose Wealth LLC ("PW") recognizes that our relationships with current and prospective clients are based on integrity and trust. We work hard to maintain your privacy and to preserve the private nature of our relationship with you. We place the highest value on the information you share with us. We want our clients to understand what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect your personal information.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of nonpublic personal information ("NPI") about you:

  • Information from our initial meeting or subsequent consultations about your identity, such as your name, contact information, social security number, date of birth, and financial information;

  • Information that we generate to service your financial needs; and

  • Information that we may receive from third parties in connection with the services we provide you.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide financial planning and investment management services to you, to comply with federal and state laws and regulations that govern us, and to service and manage your account.

In connection with delivering our services, we use technology tools (including AI-assisted platforms) to support meeting summarization, research, and financial planning. These tools are subject to strict data handling controls, are used only for client service purposes, and all outputs are reviewed by the Chief Compliance Officer before use in client-facing materials.

Information We Disclose

We are permitted by law to disclose NPI about you to unaffiliated third parties in certain circumstances. PW may disclose client's NPI: (1) to individuals and/or entities not affiliated with PW, including, but not limited to, third-parties that assist in the supervision or management of your account(s) (i.e., sub-advisers, account custodian, record keeper, attorney, etc.); (2) to service providers contracted by us in order for us to perform the duties in furtherance of the client's engagement with PW (i.e., client management systems, archiving technology vendors, cloud service providers, etc.); (3) to your authorized representative or power of attorney; (4) when we receive your prior consent; (5) in connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or a portion of our business; and (6) as otherwise permitted to do so in accordance with the parameters of applicable federal and/or state privacy regulations.

We will not sell your personal information. No contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties (including subsidiaries and affiliates).

Your Right to Opt Out

To the extent PW discloses your NPI to non-affiliated third parties in circumstances that are not required by law or necessary to service your account, you have the right to opt out of such disclosures at any time — not only in the event of a future policy change. To opt out, or to ask questions about how your information is shared, please contact us using the information at the end of this policy. We will honor all opt-out requests promptly.

In the event PW has a change to its client privacy policy that would allow it to disclose NPI not covered under applicable law, PW will allow its clients the opportunity to opt-out of such disclosure.

How We Protect Your Information

We restrict and limit access to client information only to those who need to carry out their business functions. We safeguard client information by preventing its unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your confidential personal information. Arrangements with companies or independent contractors not affiliated with PW will be subject to confidentiality agreements.

Website and Cookies

Our website does not store, transmit, or receive client account data. Our website may use standard analytics tools (such as cookies) to understand how visitors interact with our site. These tools do not collect your NPI. No client personal information is collected through our public website.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data security breach that affects your personal information, PW will notify you as required by applicable federal and Colorado law (C.R.S. § 6-1-716), including in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay. If a breach affects more than 500 Colorado residents, PW will also notify the Colorado Attorney General's Office.
